Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back, for any reason.

How to return an item

1. Email nookncoshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form below. We reply within two business days with the return address.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and, where you can, in its original packaging.
3. We refund you within 14 days of your message, to the card you paid with. We may wait until the item reaches us, or until you send us proof of postage, whichever comes first.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered. You only have to pay for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than you would need to in a shop.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, including any postage. For low-value items we usually won't ask you to send anything back. After that, you are still covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies in the EU (and the equivalent rights in your country): if a product turns out to be faulty, tell us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Your legal right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law gives you 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Our 30-day window includes and extends that right. To use it, tell us clearly that you're withdrawing, by email or with the form below.
