Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, and every parcel is tracked.
When your order leaves
We pass your order to our partner warehouse straight away. It is handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it has one. Tracking can take two or three days to show the first movement.
How long delivery takes
Delivery time depends on the product and where you live, so each product page shows the time for the country you choose. These are the longest times across the products currently in the shop:

Not every product ships to every country. If your country is missing from a product's delivery list, we can't send that item to you yet.
Several items, several parcels
Items in the same order can come from different warehouses, so they may arrive separately and on different days. You get a tracking link for each parcel.
Customs and import charges
For the EU and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT and you pay nothing more on delivery. For the United States, Canada and Australia, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. If it does, the carrier asks you to pay them before handing over the parcel.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 days after it was dispatched, write to us. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Please check your address carefully when you order: we can change it only until the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
