Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on getyourproduct.duckdns.org. Last updated 29 September 2026.

2. Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or natural materials vary a little from piece to piece.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros. For customers in the EU and the UK they include VAT. Shipping is free. For orders to the United States, Canada and Australia, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country (see Shipping). If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate.

4. How the contract is made

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered, we tell you and refund you in full straight away.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged when you place the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and destinations are on each product page and on the Shipping page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

7. Returns and your right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. This includes the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and UK have by law. The process, costs and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns page.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, and the equivalent rules in your country). This doesn't affect any other rights you have as a consumer.

9. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Questions and complaints

Write to nookncoshop@gmail.com. We reply within two business days. If we can't resolve a complaint together, you can contact the consumer protection authority or an out-of-court dispute resolution body in your country.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
